As Drupal project managers, site builders, business analsyts and developers we deal with this every day. We interface with clients who view a content management system as a 'page builder' tool rather than a dynamic system for modeling and display data and content. Educating clients at the onset of the project both sets expectattions and gets clients exicted about the possbilities of a dynamic site where content is created once and used many. In this section we will explore effective ways to pre-train clients and create a common lexison at the onset of the project to that both the teams are working from a common language.
